How and when is my credit card charged? |

Your credit card will be charged for one month of service on the day you initially sign-up. On that same day for each month thereafter, you will automatically be charged again for another month. Should you cancel your service, there is no refund for a partial month of service. |

What happens if the designated Contact can not be reached? |
| |
The designated Contact should have either voice mail or an answering machine. Should the designated Contact not personally answer the call, our system will leave a message. Our system will make 1 attempt to reach the designated Contact, and if there is no answer either by voice mail, answering machine or personally, our system will disconnect. The system always sends an e-mail notice to the Contact as long as you've entered an e-mail address for that Contact. |

How do I cancel my service? |

Log-in using your ID and Password on our web site and you will get to your personal Home Page. When there, click on Cancel the Account on the left side of your Home Page. This will take effect the day following cancellation. |
